D-Up Challenge, Georgia

Came to Georgia for the D-Up Challenge and seen quite a few up and coming and under the radar players. Special Thanks to BBall 101 and crew for the training and all the scouts and media who were in attendance. Bob Corwin, LB Insider, Sleeper Recruit, My Sports Star, Coolie Bai Highlights. (Sidenote) College Coach’s on the west coast, don’t assume these Georgia players won’t come to the west coast, depending on the situation they will go where they are wanted.

Leah Middleton 2017 St Pius 5’7- Very impressive, attacks the basket, made very good moves, distributed the ball, made nice passes, physical, strong, fast, alert on defense. Would like to see more mid-range and outside shooting. Has the skills to play at the next level.

Ashley Foster 2018 Eagles Landing 5’6- Very active on defense, made good decisions in transition, made some good passes, would like to see more mid-range and outside shooting. Played very well and like how she played.

Chelsea Wilson 2017 Dreher 5’9- Plays solid defense, very alert and active on both ends of the court. Finishes strong and attacks the basket when the opportunity is there. Needs to tighten up the ball handling a little more, continue to be consistent on the mid-range/outside shooting.

Jordan Isaacs 2019 North Paulding 6’2- Had a good post game that will only get better. Young and talented. Has good hands, finished around the basket. Made good cuts to the basket as well. Needs to get stronger and continue to work on footwork. Has a lot of potential.

Caria Reynolds 2018 Greater Atlanta Christian 5’10- Versatile player that can play outside and post up. Goes up strong, brings the ball up the court, was consistent shooting from outside, and active around the basket. Needs to continue to work on all around game, and has a lot of potential. Can play at the next level.

India Bellamy 2019 Eagles Landing 6’0- Very solid player, active around the basket, made good moves and attacked. Good hands and size. Finished strong, really liked what she did. Has a lot of potential. Could add more versatility to her game as far as a mid-range shot and a strong solid jump hook.

Aaliyah Milord 2016 Holy Innocents 5’9- Has very good athleticism, good foot speed, made good passes in transition, would like her to be more aggressive with the ball or attack the basket. Played good on defense, pressured the ball. Need to see more.

Morgan Johnson 2019 Whitewater 5’2- Was able to penetrate the lanes when the opportunity was there. Would like to see more facilitating at the PG position. Continue to work on ball handling, and a consistent mid-range/outside shot.

Lanee’ Edwards 2019, 5’2- Needed to see more. If the offense isn’t falling, we need to see hustle and defense to standout. Definitely need a second opportunity to see what Bailey can do.

Cameron Swartz 2018 Fellowship Christian 5’10- Shoots the ball very well, good I.Q, plays good defense, tough player, needs to tighten up the ball handling and get stronger. Has the skill set to play at the next level.

Lexi Mann 2017 Greater Atlanta Christian 6’1- Showed good inside outside versatility as well. Runs the floor well, has good hands, nice size. Needs to continue to work on being more physical and the footwork in the paint.

Bria Bass 2017 Tucker 5’11- Versatile player that can knock it down from outside, can bring the ball up the court and take it coast to coast. Runs the floor well and plays solid defense. Good size and length and can play at the next level. Needs to continue to work on a quicker release.

Tamiah Lewis 2017 Greater Atlanta Christian 5’7- Very active on both ends of the floor, good pressure on defense, attacks the basket, finishes strong, and shoots the ball well. Has the necessary skills to play at the next level.

Aisya Davis 2018 Hillgrove 5’7- Shot very well, made good entry passes into the post. Would like to see more of an off the dribble shot vs a set shot. Has good fundamental skills, understands the game.

Jazmin Wilson 2019 Stockbridge 5’7- Runs the lanes well, gets up the court, good foot speed, attacks the basket and goes in strong. Needs to continue to work on shooting mid-range/outside consistently and tighten up the ball handling.

Bailey Berry 2017 Hewitt Trussville 5’7- Needed to see more. If the offense isn’t falling, we need to see hustle and defense to standout. Definitely need a second opportunity to see what Bailey can do.

Macey Carson 2018 St. Pius X 6’1- Nice touch with the ball, good hands, runs the floor, finishes and shoots the ball well, has a nice turn around jumper. Needs to continue to work on the footwork and adding more moves around the paint. Has a lot of potential.

Cheyenne Arthur 2016 Woodward Academy 5’6- Reads the floor well, knows where her teammates are on the drive and dish. Has good form, can knock down the outside shot. Made good decisions with the ball, knew when to attack or pull up for the jumper. Needs to continue to work on shooting off the dribble/coming off screens.

Rya Cotton 2017 5’8- Had a solid all around game. Finished strong around the basket, good I.Q, made good decisions in transition. Played well, would like to see more outside shooting.

Victoria Agyin 2018 McEachern 5’4- Very active and feisty on defense. Extremely athletic. Needs to continue to work on being consistent on shooting the ball, mid-range and outside. Has the quickness to blow by defenders and get to the basket.

Chanel Wilson 2018 McEachern 5’6- Dominant player that plays with a lot of confidence. Flashy with the passes, can handle the ball, outside shot was very consistent.  Attacks the rim strong, has great quickness. Will definitely have a bright future.

Laylah Davis 2020 Moses 5’5- Young with talent, played with no fear, can handle the ball, attacked the basket when the opportunity was there, went up strong. Needs to continue working on a quick release from the mid-range and outside shot.

Daimaya McPherson 2018 McEachern 5’10- Real solid player, did several things well, from shooting, made good decisions when to pass, I.Q is definitely there. Would like to see more off the dribble pull up mid-range game.

Alexia Bryant 2016 Rockdale County 6’0- Has good size needs to continue to work on footwork and being more active around the basket. Would like to see more versatility by adding a mid-range game.

Amariah Stanard 2019 Tucker 6’1- Good size and showed versatility from the outside shot to attacking the basket. Active around the basket, moves well, runs the lanes. Young with talent, needs to continue to be more aggressive on the offensive end. Continue to work on ball handling, shooting, and post work.

Emani Bell 2016 Shiloh 5’6- Need to see more facilitating at the PG position. Does have good speed and athleticism. If the offense isn’t falling, we need to see hustle and defense to standout. Definitely need a second opportunity to see what Emani can do.

Devyn Lockhart 2019 Banneker 5’9- Attacks the basket and goes up strong. Good foot speed, gets up the floor on transition. Very active on defense. Young with potential, would like to see more consistent shooting mid-range/outside. Need to see more facilitating at the PG position.

Olivia Lampkin 2018 Riverwood 5’4- Has a nice shot, shoots it well, finishes at the rim. Would like to see more facilitating at the PG position. Can definitely score the ball. Work on not forcing the dribble when the trap is coming.

Kerrigan Johnson 2019 Redan 5’4- A young talent with potential. Active but needs to play smarter defense. Stay in front don’t allow the defender to blow by you. Like the hustle. Handles the ball well, understands the game, would like to see more of a consistent mid-range/outside shot.

Jenna Brown 2018 The Lovett 5’10- Very seasoned player, has all the components. I.Q, passes, mid-range, outside shot. High level player that will only get better. Could add more of a defensive presence.
